The current status of these GTC is April 26, 2021. The municipality of Vitznau reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The currently valid version is published on www.visitvitznau.ch and applies from the publication date. The version of these GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive.

Swiss law is exclusively applicable to the contractual relationship between the municipality of Vitznau and the customer. Subject to a mandatory place of jurisdiction, the courts in Lucerne are responsible for disputes between the municipality of Vitznau and the user of the website.
