Mark's Church in Vitznau is the oldest Protestant church in the Lucerne countryside. After the opening of the Rigibahn in 1871, the needs of the Protestant spa guests laid the foundation for the construction of their own church. The church was built more than a century ago in close proximity to the Catholic Church.
